I am glad to have known her. Izzy Cox was so extraordinary, strong, and fragile. An incredible musician and personality. She died very young and is now drifting in the sea of oblivion. But she inspired and influenced us all so enormously. It doesn’t matter whether everyone understands or loves you. You have to do what you have to do. Open the gates to heaven and hell.
